Discover The Sphere of Fortune, a special dessert signed by Executive Chef Gentian Shehi, to homage the Chinese culinary tradition.
A delightful chocolate and hazelnut rocher, elegantly cloaked in shimmering gold, paired with a delicate kumquat gel and adorned with candied kumquat. Inspired by traditional chocolate coins, this special dessert symbolizes fortune and prosperity, as well as the fusion of two cultures.

Dragon Mary
Welcome the Year of the Wooden Snake at Winter Garden Bar, with the Dragon Mary cocktail, a reinterpretation of the St. Regis Bloody Mary by Bar Manager Lorenzo Bellieri.
Dressed with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, and elevated with the addition of baijiu grain spirit, with a velvety roasted red pepper puree. Served with a delicious Baozi filled with pork shoulder and sweet and sour red cabbage.
