As an active member of ABI (Associazione Bartender Italiani) Professional, he is a connoisseur of whisky, the spirit that epitomizes his philosophy of precision and sophistication. After a distinguished career in some of the most prestigious establishments in Italian hospitality and winning the Negroni Centennial Award in 2019, Lorenzo has been leading the team at the Winter Garden at The St. Regis Florence since mid-2024. With a philosophy inspired by the great classics of mixology, he seamlessly blends tradition and innovation to offer guests an unparalleled experience that showcases the pinnacle of Italian hospitality. His new cocktail line draws inspiration from the pioneers of Art Nouveau, an artistic movement also reflected in the elegant furnishings of the Winter Garden.
