Born in Albania and raised in Puglia, Executive Chef Gentian Shehi leads the culinary vision of the Winter Garden at The St. Regis Florence with a signature cuisine that combines Mediterranean identity, refined technique, and contemporary creativity. His culinary journey includes seven years working alongside two-Michelin-starred Chef Valeria Piccini, an experience that helped shape the international character of the Winter Garden.
