Since its creation in England in the early 1800s, the afternoon tea ritual is part of the English afternoon. Discover this wonderful tradition and the world of Dammann Frères with the help of our Tea Sommelier while enjoying the delicacies created by our pastry chef. Evening Ritual
Dating back to the battles of Napoleon Bonaparte, who famously opened sparkling wine with his saber in both victory and defeat, the art of sabrage has become a signature element of our Evening Rituals series.
Celebrate the beginning of an evening at The Winter Garden Bar. The Bar Manager and his expert bartenders will serve sparkling wine in the most theatrical way, that will let you remember this very special moment for a long time. The daily Evening Ritual takes place at the Winter Garden Bar accompanied by Chef Gentian Shehi's contemporary finger food and a glass of Franciacorta Antinori.
